The Experience

Simply choose your menu and book your date. We prepare the menu in advance and finish the dishes fresh in your home or venue. Each course is served to your guests so you can relax and enjoy the evening while we take care of everything — from cooking to cleaning.

You simply relax and enjoy the evening.

Most private dining experiences last around 2–3 hours depending on the number of courses, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the evening at their own pace.

Absolutely. Many of our bookings are for birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings and celebrations where guests want a restaurant-quality experience at home. It's also a wonderful way to mark milestone events, hen parties, or a special weekend away with friends in an Airbnb.

Yes, we regularly cook in Airbnbs, holiday cottages and rental properties across the North of England, including the Lake District and Yorkshire. As long as there is a kitchen with basic cooking equipment, we can create a full private dining experience for you and your guests.

Menus & Dietary

We specialise in modern Italian private dining, from relaxed sharing feasts to luxury multi-course tasting menus featuring handmade pasta, rich ragùs and seasonal ingredients. Our signature Bella Cibo five-course celebration menu is one of our most popular choices.

Yes. Our menus can be adjusted depending on your preferences, dietary requirements or the style of event you are planning. We work with you to create a menu that feels personal and special for your occasion.

Yes, absolutely. We cater for allergies and dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Let us know when booking and we will provide alternative options so every guest can enjoy the experience.

Yes. We source and prepare all ingredients for your event so you don't need to shop or organise anything. Everything from the freshest pasta to seasonal produce is taken care of by us.

Booking & Pricing

Prices vary depending on the menu and number of guests, but most private chef experiences start from around £65 per person. Contact us with your date and guest numbers and we will send menu options and pricing.

We recommend booking at least one month in advance, particularly for weekends and peak seasons, as our calendar can fill up quickly. For weddings, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible to secure your date.

We cover most of the North of England including Manchester, Leeds, York, Cheshire, Yorkshire, the Lake District and North Wales, and can also travel further for special events. Just get in touch and we'll let you know.

Once your booking is confirmed we will:

  • Confirm your menu
  • Check allergies and dietary requirements
  • Finalise guest numbers
  • Arrange our arrival time

Weddings & Events

Yes. Wedding catering is a big part of what we do. We create bespoke Italian wedding menus featuring handmade pasta, show-stopping mains and indulgent desserts. We've catered weddings for up to 150 guests across Manchester, Cheshire, the Lake District, Yorkshire and North Wales. Learn more about our wedding catering.

We cater for intimate dinners for small groups of 2–10 people right up to large celebrations and weddings with 100+ guests. Whether it's a romantic dinner for two or a full wedding reception, we have the experience and team to deliver.

Yes. Alongside private chef experiences and weddings, we also cater for corporate events, team celebrations and client entertainment. We've worked with brands like Pagani and Rolls Royce, delivering premium Italian dining experiences that impress.

A traditional caterer typically prepares food off-site and delivers it. Our private chef experience is completely different — Chef Laurie and his team cook and finish every dish fresh in your kitchen, plating and serving each course to your table. It's a true restaurant-quality experience in your own home or venue, with all the theatre of watching a Michelin-trained chef at work.

On the Day

Yes. We finish and cook the dishes in your kitchen so everything is served fresh to your guests. Our chefs arrive with everything needed for the menu and leave the kitchen clean at the end of the evening.

We only need access to a kitchen and basic cooking equipment such as an oven, hob and some worktop space. If anything specific is required for your menu we will let you know in advance. You provide the plates, cutlery and glassware — or we can arrange these for larger events.

Yes. Each course is plated and served to your guests so you can relax and enjoy the evening without needing to host or organise anything. For larger events and weddings, we bring additional front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.

Yes. We clean down the kitchen and service area before leaving so everything is left spotless. It's one of the things our guests love most — no washing up, no mess, just great memories.
