From pandemic pasta deliveries to one of Manchester's most sought-after private chefs.
It all started when the world stopped.
During the pandemic in 2022, Chef Laurie had an idea: to make fresh pasta at home and deliver it across the city. Pasta Co was born.
The meal kits brought people a little taste of normality in times far from normal, giving Pasta Co a special place in people's hearts.
Laurie quickly became one of the city's most sought-after private chefs, known for his take on Italian cuisine and fresh pasta.
He has since served high-profile clients such as Pagani, Rolls Royce, celebrities, footballers, and catered bespoke weddings for up to 150 people.

Excellent all-round
